LEGO Only Has 7 Sets Coming in February 2026, But March is a Completely Different Story
January alone has been huge for LEGO. The beloved toy company has kicked off the year with a major bang, but that’s just the beginning because the whole year is shaping up to be filled with great LEGO releases. Between Pokemon, The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, and Harry Potter, some of the biggest media franchises are getting plenty of LEGO love in 2026. Many LEGO fans already know that January has been packed with releases, and it looks like February is going to serve as a bit of a break after such a solid starting lineup.
February still has some great sets—seven confirmed, to be exact. That number could change in the coming days as the new month draws closer. As of now, though, February only has a handful of new LEGO sets scheduled for release. On the bright side for Pokemon fans, the majority of LEGO sets are based on the franchise. There are still a few LEGO brand-specific builds to look forward to as well.

The Pokemon LEGO sets were just announced earlier this month, but they instantly made waves across the internet. Scalpers quickly took to eBay to list their pre-orders for prices way above the original market value. Whether it be Pokemon cards or LEGO sets, the franchise has continued to face a serious scalping issue. However, Pokemon fans aren’t the only ones who should be excited about February. Lovers of seasonal builds can look forward to the Spring Wreath, while the Golden Retriever Puppy is simply something adorable to enjoy.
This is just the first round of Pokemon LEGO sets planned for the year. There are even more scheduled for the summer, but they have yet to officially be revealed.
LEGO’s Confirmed March Lineup Features Batman, Star Wars, The Legend of Zelda, and More
It’s safe to say that March 1 is going to be a busy day for a lot of LEGO fans. Star Wars and Batman fans are in for a treat, while one build that’s bound to get a lot of Nintendo fans excited is The Legend of Zelda LEGO set based on Ocarina of Time.
According to Brick Fanatics, not every set has an official release date at the moment, but they’re at least confirmed to be part of the March roster. Sports fans, car lovers, and even Disney fans will have several great options to choose from.

One standout among the crowd is the Project Hail Mary LEGO set. What makes this one so surprising is that it’s not nearly as big a well-known name as the other major franchises on the list. Project Hail Mary was originally a book written by Andy Weir, author of The Martian, and its film adaptation hits theaters on March 20, 2026. The movie stars Ryan Gosling, so it’s definitely not a small movie by any means. However, it’s cool that it’s getting its very own LEGO set when it’s not a proven blockbuster heavy-hitter like DC’s Batman or Disney.
February and March Pave the Way for LEGO’s Stacked Summer
Both months have their own offerings to be excited about, but the year is simply getting started. LEGO’s summer calendar is shaping up to be just as big, if not more so. There are still a lot of unnamed sets that could be part of the summer schedule, but it’s currently a mystery. Summer brings a second round of major franchises but also other favorites that haven’t been showcased yet this year.
Some of LEGO’s Confirmed Summer Roster
- Jurassic World
- Harry Potter
- Star Wars
- Pokemon
- Minecraft
- Ninjago
- Marvel
This list is bound to grow in the coming months, but it’s already filled with some great choices to be on the lookout for. The Jurassic World LEGO set is expected to feature two 18+ builds, while Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Pokemon get a second course. Minecraft, Ninjago, and Marvel round out the major franchises, but there will probably be more leaked before LEGO lifts the veil on some of its secretive sets.
LEGO’s 2026 plans are a reminder of why it’s still one of the biggest toy companies around. It has major appeal for both kids and adults, and it’s simply just really fun to build cool stuff. As the year continues, it will be fascinating to see what else the company has to offer fans. Until then, Pokemon fans have February to look forward to, while March brings choices for a variety of LEGO lovers.
