All Released & Unreleased Armor Set in Hytale Early Access
There’s a wide variety of armor in Hytale, and while everyone will start with nothing but the clothes on their backs, players will eventually get to make powerful gear made from mythical metals. The best armor in the game can only be obtained from the most dangerous of areas, and if you’re wondering what Hytale’s armor sets look like, here’s a glimpse of what the game has to offer.
How to Get Adamantite in Hytale
Here’s how you can get one of the toughest materials you can craft gear with in Hytale.
Hytale is in very early access as of writing, and not all content is available yet. The ones featured here include armor sets that are in the game, but are not yet craftable or obtainable.

As of writing, players can craft five different sets of armor, and all of them are based on ores players can find in the world, like Cobalt and Adamantite. All of these sets increase your health and damage resistance when worn, though the ones beyond Iron tier also provide additional benefits:
- Thorium Armor grants bonus Poison Resistance
- Cobalt Armor increases the damage dealt by your Signature Attack
- Adamantite Armor increases Light Attack damage
Trork Set
When defeated, Trorks have a chance to drop pieces of the Trork Warrior set, which improves the damage dealt by Charged Attacks when worn. The overall defenses provided by this set is on-par with the Iron Armor set, which only makes it practical for use in low-level biomes.
All Unreleased Armor Sets in Hytale
The following armor sets are yet to be fully implemented into the game, though they can be found in the game’s Creative Mode menu. For the most part, these sets only give basic health and resistance bonuses, though some also provide Mana, though the latter is still completely useless, as of writing.

It’s unclear which of these armor sets are craftable and which ones drop randomly from loot sources, and considering how Trork, Thorium, Cobalt, and Adamantite sets have unique properties to them, it’s safe to assume that some of these sets will have special bonuses as well. Still, there’s no telling of all of these armor sets will get implemented, so take anything you see here with a grain of salt.
