Where to Send Each Survivor in Quarantine Zone The Last Check
When a survivor walks through the checkpoint in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, players will have to analyze their condition to see if they’re in a good state to be cleared and stay at the camp until evacuation. However, that isn’t always the case, and many times, they have to decide what to do with survivors who are in bad or questionable condition.

Where Should You Send Each Survivor in Quarantine Zone: The Last Checkpoint?
There are four distribution zones in Quarantine Zone: The Last Checkpoint, and each one is appropriate for a specific type of survivor.
Survivor Block
Players will have to check every survivor for symptoms using all of the tools at their disposal, as sometimes symptoms can be hidden under the surface. If they don’t have any symptoms, they should go ahead and send them to the Survivor Block.
The conditions in the apocalypse are rough, and naturally, survivors will exhibit signs of illness that are not directly related to infection. These symptoms will be marked as green on the Symptoms Chart and associated with being sick rather than infected. In that case, players can also safely put them in the block.
The Survivor Block is one of the most important areas in Quarantine Zone, as it is here that players will wait for evacuation to begin. Players will want to bring in as many healthy survivors as possible so they can meet their quota and provide plenty of manpower for the military and science truck, granting them useful rewards, such as money, research points, and syringe analyzers.
At first, the Survivor Block will only be able to hold a maximum of 12 survivors, but players can increase its capacity by upgrading it. It can house up to 25 people, but players will have to reach Zone Level V, and they will have to save up over $16,000.
Liquidation
While sick survivors and those who exhibit no symptoms are sent to the Survivor Block so they can safely wait for evacuation, infected survivors are sent to Liquidation so they can be eliminated.
When players examine a survivor and see that they have symptoms in the red area, they are considered Infected and must be terminated immediately. This is when gamers must send them to the Liquidation block.

If they are sent to the Survivor Block, they may become infected and kill others, or they could be sent to the Major on evacuation day, jeopardizing the mission and putting the player’s job and life at risk. If they are put in Quarantine, they will eventually turn and kill the other survivors that are being monitored, not giving them a chance to be reexamined and perhaps live.
In some cases, players will have to send seemingly healthy survivors to Liquidation, as they may be wanted by the Major. Players should check the bulletin board every day for missions, and if any survivor is requested to be terminated, they must send them to Liquidation, even if they are not infected.
Quarantine
Quarantine is a location where players can temporarily isolate survivors before truly deciding their fate. At the checkpoint, players will come across many survivors who have symptoms that could mean they’re infected or simply sick – these symptoms are highlighted in orange. However, if they don’t have any telltale signs of infection, they won’t want to liquidate them in case it’s just an illness that could be treated.
If they do develop other more serious symptoms or actually turn, the risk of infecting or killing other survivors isn’t as high and can more easily be contained, as they are stuck in a small room with fewer or no survivors. It’s better to be safe than sorry, so if the tools that players have at hand aren’t able to give them a full diagnosis, they should put them in Quarantine for a day or two.
Once gamers wake up the following day, they can turn to the Quarantine zone and reexamine the survivors to see if their symptoms have disappeared or progressed into something more serious. If this happens, they can send them to the Survivor Block or Liquidation. When the worst happens, meaning a survivor turns into a zombie, players must pull the Clear lever to incinerate the infected and any deceased if they were there with other survivors. Alternatively, they can also be sent to a cage for testing before the room is decontaminated.
At first, Quarantine will only be able to house a maximum of three survivors, so it may become full rather quickly. Thankfully, players can upgrade it in Build Mode, and it will be able to hold up to seven survivors. To fully upgrade the Quarantine building, gamers will need $13,500, and they will have to reach Zone Level V. However, they must be careful, as a high capacity Quarantine area also means more survivors will die if an infected survivor turns overnight.
There is the case of survivors with muscular issues. While reacting aggressively to being hit with the reflex hammer could be a sign of sickness or infection, some players have other illnesses that prevent them from controlling their reflexes.
When players notice a survivor has a slack jaw and exhibits an issue with their reflex, they should look for other signs of infection. But if their only problem is their reflex, they should be sent to the Survivor Block, as they only have a muscular reflex issue.
Laboratory
The Laboratory won’t be available until after the first evacuation, as players must first become acquainted with the other distribution facilities. This is a more complex building, but it is very important, as it allows players to find new symptoms and understand the virus better.
When players come across an unknown symptom while examining a survivor, they should send them to the Laboratory regardless of whether they are apparently healthy, sick, or infected. A guard will come to pick up the survivor and escort them to the lab. Here, players must use the computer to extract the target organ, place it in the sample creator, and then analyze it for symptoms. The procedure will kill the survivor, but it will allow players to uncover a new symptom that will allow them to better examine survivors and determine their status.
Additionally, players can send survivors who turned in Quarantine to the Laboratory’s cage. They must be fed a corpse daily, and then on evacuation day, they will be loaded onto a truck for compensation.
It costs $40,000 for the first Laboratory upgrade, and it is here that players will unlock the Zombie Cage. Then, once they reach Zone Level III, they can pay $10,000 to get an auto-feeder that keeps the zombie alive.
