As of January 7, 2025, Dreamers can visit the festival and start collecting clues and solving puzzles to earn some wonderful rewards. The event ends on January 28, 2025, so make sure to complete the puzzles, as some require daily visits to the Winter Floating Festival in DDV.

The Winter Floating Festival takes place on a winter island that you can reach by teleporting through the portal in the Plaza. Or, players can simply open the event page and press on Teleport to reach the festival. There are five puzzles to solve, and some are not available from the first day, as they unlock throughout the event duration.

Some items are found in the Plaza to complete certain puzzles, so keep in mind that you might have to teleport between Dreamlight Valley and the winter island. Here’s how to complete the Winter Floating Festival puzzles in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How To Solve The Oversized Frosty Rabbit Puzzle In DDV

On the winter island, Dreamers will notice an oversized frosty rabbit sniffing around. If you read the small blackboard in the café near the Wishing Well, it will list the daily cocoa specials and mention how the rabbit is friendly and not to be shy about offering it cocoa. To solve the oversized frosty rabbit puzzle in DDV, feed it a cocoa drink for four days.

To be safe, follow the daily cocoa specials schedule and give it the cocoa drink of the day.

Each time you feed it, you get a memory orb that will eventually reveal the final prize location. Feed the oversized winter rabbit to get four shards and complete the memory.

Judging by the memory shards, the golden dig spot will likely appear near the two gingerbread chairs and fireplace next to the carousel.

The answer to the combination pillar puzzle lies with the snowmen scattered around the Winter Floating Festival island. There are four types of hats the snowmen wear on the island: bow, cap, beanie, and top hat. You need to count how many there are and place them in the correct order to solve the combination puzzle.

The answer to the combination puzzle in DDV is Bow (1) → Top Hat (2) → Cap (3) → Beanie (4).

Open the newly spawned pouch to get the Dapper Snowman.

How To Solve The Chocolate Fountain Puzzle In DDV

To solve the chocolate fountain puzzle, you need to fix it by giving it 10 Festive Cherry Hot Cocoa, 15 Festive Blueberry Hot Cocoa, and 20 Festive Mint Hot Cocoa. These are the same cocoa drinks you offer to the rabbit. You can find more information by reading the yellow book in the café. Here’s where to find the ingredients:

Mint: One spawn every 5 minutes for a maximum of five near the winter rabbit’s house behind the café counter.

All ingredients need around 30 minutes to fully respawn, and for the first three to respawn the maximum amount. Offer the Chocolate Fountain all the required Hot Cocoa to receive it as a gift in DDV.
