While raiding various maps, players will come across specific loot rooms that will be locked in ARC Raiders. While all the loot rooms will require a key, there’s one particular room on the Dam Battlegrounds map that requires a Power Rod to unlock. While these are one of the epic rarity crafting components, you’ll need to bring one along if you want to open up the Power Rod room in ARC Raiders.

The Control Tower in ARC Raiders’ Dam Battlegrounds map can be a very lucrative spot to loot, provided you have the key for it.

Power Rod Room Location in ARC Raiders

The Power Rod room in ARC Raiders is located inside the Power Generation Complex on the Dam Battlegrounds map. The area is often visited by other players, so expect to get into a PvP fight if you’re heading there.

While you can open up the Power Rod room for some high-tier loot in a normal run, it’s recommended to use your Power Rods to unlock the room during Night Raids. The Night Raids will increase the loot value this room will contain, so you’ll get the best value out of your Power Rods this way.

You’ll need to enter the Power Generation Complex main building and enter the hallway right after the Generator Room. You’ll need to fend off some Pops, Fireballs, or Ticks in this hallway, so make sure to keep your weapon on the ready.

Once you enter the main room, there might be a Turret inside that you’ll need to shoot down. Once the coast is clear, head to the locked room just across the yellow server cabinets, and you’ll arrive at the Power Rod room in ARC Raiders.

Inside, you’ll first find several grenades sitting on the table and chairs. There are several red lockers that you can loot for a chance to get epic and rare weapons, crafting components, and trinkets. Make sure to stash anything important into your Safe Pocket, just in case there’s an ambush waiting for you outside the door.

How to Get Power Rods in ARC Raiders

There are two different ways to get Power Rods in ARC Raiders. The first one is by looting the server cabinets, electrical boxes, and generator panels in an electrical-type loot area. Doing so during a Night Raid or an Electromagnetic Storms conditions will increase your chances of finding a Power Rod inside these containers.

The second and more reliable way of getting Power Rods in ARC Raiders is by simply crafting them at a Level 3 Refiner. You’ll need 2x Advanced Electrical Components and 2x ARC Circuitry to craft a single Power Rod.
