How to Get the Tempest Blueprint in ARC Raiders (Locations)
To get the Tempest blueprint in ARC Raiders, players will need to play the Night Raid on the Buried City map. While the Tempest blueprint can also spawn in other maps during the Night Raid, Buried City offers a high chance for players to get it.
Before you head out to Buried City Night Raid, it’s recommended to go in without equipment so you get one safe pocket. While you could go in fully kitted if you’re interested in PvP, going in without any equipment will let you surrender immediately if you happen to spawn mid-match. Getting a mid-match spawn is bad, as there’s a high chance that most of the areas will already be looted.
Here’s a breakdown of all the locations with the best chance for you to get the Tempest weapon blueprint during the Buried City Night Raid. Each location discussed below has been marked on the map above to help you get your bearings.

Grandioso Apartments |
There are two near-identical buildings, part of the Grandioso Apartments. There are multiple floors in them, so get inside any of them as early as possible and start checking every drawer and cabinet. Once you’re done, cross over to the other building via the makeshift bridge and repeat the process. |

Building near Abandoned Highway Camp |
Get inside the building and breach either of the two doors with a barricade. Inside, you’ll find several drawers and file cabinets to loot, which will contain valuable trinkets and possibly the Tempest blueprint in ARC Raiders. |

Plaza Rosa Pharmacy |
There’s an extraction in the middle of Plaza Rosa, and the pharmacy is just north of it. There’s a breachable door that you can enter through and loot all three floors of the building. Ignore the items on the shelves on the first floor and open up any containers inside, especially the white lockers. |

Red Tower |
There’s a small room on the second floor of the Red Tower that has multiple lockers and possibly a Security Breach locker. You can loot these up to get high-value loot. |

Santa Maria Houses |
Make your way to the Santa Maria Houses to find two skylight roof hatches. Get inside one of them and open up the drawers inside, and possibly a Security Breach locker at the corner of the room. Repeat the process for the second skylight hatch. |

Space Travel Building |
Space Travel is a high-value loot area that will be high up on the priority list for the majority of raiders. Since the building is huge, the best place to look for the Tempest blueprint is the lockers on the first (ground floor), and the drawers on the sixth floor. |
At max, you will be able to reach two locations in a Buried City Night Raid run, as most of them will be looted by the time you reach them. It’s best to first check if you’re spawned at the start of the match, and target the location that’s closest to you. Search all containers and forget looting anything else, as you’ll have to be quick.
Once you’ve successfully looted one or two locations, quickly surrender and queue up for the next match. Night Raids last about an hour, so players will need to be quick about repeating the process until they’ve finally got the Tempest blueprint in ARC Raiders.
