Collaborations are dropping one after the other in Fortnite, bringing a ton of fan-favorite characters and pop culture icons. From visitors from Bikini Bottom, such as SpongeBob, to the arrival of Bleach in the Fortnite Item Shop, it almost feels like everything will end up in Fortnite at some point.
One major collaboration is with Back to the Future, which happens to be a season-long collab for Chapter 7 Season 1, featuring the arrival of Marty McFly in the Battle Pass and a drivable DeLorean Time Machine that can retrieve OG weapons in-game. However, the DeLorean also arrives as a cosmetic, one that players can cruise around in even when the season is over. The DeLorean, otherwise known as the Back to the Future Time Machine in-game, makes its very first release into the Fortnite Item Shop with the December 23 Item Shop reset at 12 AM UTC / 8 PM ET. The DeLorean costs 2,800 V-Bucks and is sold as part of the Back to the Future Time Machine Bundle in the Item Shop.
The Back to the Future Time Machine Bundle includes the DeLorean as a Sports Car, along with four unique Car Decals, two additional wheels that players can equip to the vehicle, and more. Here is a rundown of everything included with the Back to the Future Time Machine Bundle:

Can You Get the DeLorean for Free in Fortnite?
While the DeLorean Time Machine is an Item Shop cosmetic, there is a way that Rocket League players can receive the DeLorean at no extra cost, but there is a catch, as those who missed out will be unable to do so now. Back in 2015, the Back to the Future DLC Pack was available in Rocket League for $1.99 USD, and returned with extra cosmetics inside the Shop for 1,100 Credits.
Players who purchased the DeLorean through either method in Rocket League will also receive the DeLorean in Fortnite for free, with the car already being distributed starting December 19, provided both games are tied to the same Epic Games account. Unfortunately, the $1.99 price tag for the DeLorean is no longer available. Therefore, those who wish to obtain the car now will have to purchase it through the Fortnite or Rocket League Item Shops at its current price.
