How to Unlock All Relics in Astra Malorum (BO7 Zombies)

By newsgame

Relics provide an exciting new way to play Black Ops 7 Zombies‘ Cursed Mode, and each of them has an interesting and lengthy hunt and challenge to unlock them. With 9 Relics in Ashes of the Damned, players can now find 6 Relics in Astra Malorum, each with their own unique requirements, effects, and challenge portals.

Below, you’ll find our in-progress guide on how to get all Cursed Mode Relics in Astra Malorum. With 2 Grim Relics, 2 Sinister Relics, and 2 Wicked Relics, it’s going to be a lengthy hunt. However, we’ll do our best to guide you through every single one of them.

The Relic hunt for Astra Malorum is still in progress. As such, the steps and requirements for the Relics have not been found. Below, you’ll find our in-progress guide, so be aware that some Relics are not available. We will continue to update this guide until all Relics and their steps have been found.

How to Get All Relics in Ashes of the Damned’s Cursed Mode (Black Ops 7 Zombies)

Black Ops 7 Zombies features a unique Cursed Mode that holds 9 Relics for players to discover, and here’s where to get them all and what they do.

How to Get All Tier 1 Relics (Grim Relics) in Astra Malorum

How to Get the Seed Relic (& Its Effect) in Black Ops 7 Zombies

  • The Seed Relic disables the Mystery Box.

The Seed Relic is a tad buggy at the moment, so the requirements might not work in your game. However, we recommend avoiding Wisp Tea, Ammo Mods, Elemental Pop, and other things that will kill zombies without your direct control. We also recommend a Kill Joy GobbleGum for Instakill, and we’ll explain why.

The Seed Relic can be acquired as early as Round 20. As soon as Round 20 hits, you’ll want to avoid killing zombies, and instead hunt across the map for a gray-rarity pistol. This pistol can randomly be the Jager 45, Velox 5.7, or the Coda 9, and it will spawn within these locations:

  • Observatory Dome
  • The Luminarium
  • Archives of Orbis
  • Machina Astralis

Once you find your pistol, you should not Pack-a-Punch or upgrade its rarity with The Arsenal. Instead, you’ll want to kill exactly 20 zombies with the gray pistol. (Make sure it’s not in your Mule Kick 3rd gun slot). This is easily achieved with an Instakill Power Up, acquired from a Kill Joy GobbleGum, or by shooting the floating skull at Scholar’s Way (click here).

Make sure you’re tracking your kills with the scoreboard. As soon as you’ve gotten 20 kills, switch out to another weapon and finish the round with anything but the pistol, and you should hear a Mr. Peeks laugh.

With Mr. Peeks laugh, you’ll want to go to the Observatory Dome, where you’ll find a green portal when facing north. Inside the trial, you will only have a Pack-a-Punched Pistol. You cannot further Pack-a-Punch the pistol, but you can upgrade its rarity and give it ammo mods at the Arsenal.

We recommend acquiring a Disciple Injection and running around the map to kill zombies with traps, as the trial itself has 2 waves of zombies and 2 waves of HVT Shock Mimics. After all enemies are defeated, the Seed Relic is rewarded to you!

How to Get the Gong Relic (& Its Effect) in Black Ops 7 Zombies

  • The Gong Relic makes it so that Field Upgrades can only be charged with a Full Power Power Up.

The Gong Relic has not been found, but we’re working hard to locate it. Once we know the steps to the Gong Relic, we’ll update this part of the guide.

How to Get All Tier 2 Relics (Sinister Relics) in Astra Malorum

How to Get the Spider Fang Relic (& Its Effect) in Black Ops 7 Zombies

  • The Spider Fang Relic makes it so that Perks costs at machines never decrease.

The Spider Fang Relic has been found, but the steps to unlock it are still completely unknown. We’ll update this part of the guide once we know the steps.

How to Get the Matryoshka Doll Relic (& Its Effect) in Black Ops 7 Zombies

  • The Matryoshka Doll Relic makes it so that Salvage drop rates are halved.

The Matryoshka Doll has not been found. As such, we’ll update this section of the guide once it’s been discovered and the steps are clear.

How to Get All Tier 3 Relics (Wicked Relics) in Astra Malorum

How to Get the Golden Spork Relic (& Its Effect) in Black Ops 7 Zombies

  • The Golden Spork Relic makes it so that enemies deal double damage.

The Golden Spork Relic has not been found. Bookmark this guide, and we’ll update it as soon as we find the steps needed for this Tier 3 Relic.

How to Get the Civil Protector Head Relic (& Its Effect) in Black Ops 7 Zombies

  • The Civil Protector Head makes it so that every 100 kills, you will lose a Perk.

After reaching Round 60 on Tier 2 or Tier 3 Cursed, you can enter the Museum Infinitum (where Speed Cola is located), and each corner of the room will have a chandelier with a single lit candle:

  • Back Left (BL) – 3 candles, with 1 lit
  • Back Right (BR) – 1 candle, with 1 lit
  • Front Left (FL) – 2 candles, with 1 lit
  • Front Right (FR) – 2 candles, with 1 lit

The objective is to extinguish each candle, which is done through an explosive flop of PhD Flopper (wall explosion or dive explosion). After extinguishing each candle, you should hear Mr. Peeks laugh. However, the order in which you need to extinguish the candles is entirely unknown at this moment in time.

We’re working tirelessly to find the right pattern for the Civil Protector Head Relic, but so far, we’ve had no luck. As soon as we do find the correct pattern, you can find our updated guide right here.

Until we find the correct solution to the candles step, we recommend just trying to brute force it by repeating the same path of extinguishing the candles each round until Mr. Peeks laughs. If you are able to brute force it, the trial portal can be found in the Crash Site, and it makes it so that every zombie is a super sprinter. As for the HVTs, you will have to fight an Uber Klaus and an O.S.C.A.R.
