New PS Plus Extra and Premium Games for December 2025 Leak Online
A new leak from a trusted industry insider has claimed that Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be added to PlayStation Plus later this month. While Sony has yet to make the news official, it has been claimed that the two titles, which were both released in 2023, will be added to PlayStation Plus’ Extra and Premium tiers in less than a week’s time.
Since its inception almost sixteen years ago, PlayStation Plus has become massively popular for PS4 and PS5 owners. Over the years, PlayStation Plus has evolved significantly, with its latest iteration being separated into three tiers: Essential, Extra, and Premium. While the lowest tier grants subscribers access to online multiplayer, free monthly games, cloud storage, and more, Extra and Premium users have access to even more benefits, such as the lucrative Game Catalog. This benefit works similarly to Xbox Game Pass, with games being rotated in and out of the catalog every single month. While the monthly Essential titles can be kept for as long as there is an active subscription, Extra and Premium games will only be available within the catalog for a certain period of time.

PS Plus Leak Claims Two New Games Coming December 16
While December has already been a massive month for PS Plus subscribers, it looks like it could be about to get even bigger. According to Billbil-kun via Dealabs, who has been accurately leaking new PS Plus additions for many years now, Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty are going to be added to the Extra and Premium tiers on December 16. If accurate, this means subscribers will have two new games to play in less than a week’s time. As for when this news will be made official, the leaker says an announcement from Sony is expected today, December 10, at around 11 AM ET.
Both Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty were released in 2023, but the two titles will offer something drastically different for subscribers. Mirage, which was the successor to the controversial Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, took fans to the streets of 9th-century Baghdad to uncover the origin of Basim Ibn Ishaq. The title features everything fans have come to expect from the Assassin’s Creed franchise, including plenty of parkour, assassinations, and exploration. As for Wo Long, developed by Team Ninja, this action-packed Souls-like sees players take on historical characters and massive Chinese mythological creatures.
Even without the potential addition of Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, December has already seen plenty of new games added to PS Plus. At the beginning of the month, PlayStation added Killing Floor 3, LEGO Horizon Adventures, Neon White, Synduality: Echo of Ada, and The Outlast Trials. These titles were made available to all subscribers and can be claimed now up until Tuesday, January 2026, when a new batch of games will be made available. But if that wasn’t enough, Extra and Premium subscribers also received the new upgraded version of Red Dead Redemption on December 2.
Unfortunately, there are also plenty of games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in December. In total, twelve titles are set to be removed from the service on December 16, including some heavy hitters such as Battlefield 2042, Grand Theft Auto 3 – The Definitive Edition, Forspoken, and many more. Thankfully, with the potential addition of Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, as well as the recent debut of the smash-hit indie game, Skate Story, may make up for the many games leaving the service this month.
