This S-Tier Diablo 4 Season 11 Leveling Build Doesn’t Require Any Aim
Season 11 is set to be a new heyday for fans of Diablo 4‘s Spiritborn class, even after the removal of Chaos Armor limits its build options. What was the best class in Diablo 4 Season 10 is about to carry over into Season 11 as well, and it’s largely due to the season’s renewed emphasis on speed. The addition of the Tower as a new timed dungeon means fast, efficient builds are going to thrive in the Season of Divine Intervention, and the Spiritborn’s best option can take players from the early game to the late game and beyond without needing to target foes.
The hallmark of a great build in Diablo 4 is its ability to transition from leveling in the early game to handling endgame content with very few tweaks necessary. With Diablo 4 making achieving a meta build faster than ever before, a good leveling build can quickly become completely overpowered once players start obtaining key Uniques in the late game. The speed and power of the Evade Spiritborn make it perfect for a season that puts these qualities at the forefront of its gameplay mechanics.
Evade Spiritborn is the Best Overall Leveling Build in Diablo 4 Season 11
While the Evade Spiritborn won’t be for everyone in Diablo 4 Season 11 due to it being locked behind the Vessel of Hatred DLC, those with access to the class will be able to take full advantage of this S-Tier leveling build. Part of what makes the Spiritborn so good in Season 11 is the addition of the Path of the Emissary Unique, which can add a cast of the Core Skill associated with Spiritborn’s Primary Spirit Hall simply by moving. Even without this Unique, the Evade Spiritborn has a lot of tools that can make it a versatile build with variations that are easy to swap between as players reach Diablo 4 Season 11’s endgame.
Skills and Gear Needed for Leveling with the Evade Spiritborn Build in Season 11
- Thunderspike
- Ravager
- Quill Volley
- Toxic Skin
- Armored Hide
- The Seeker
The key to this build is to constantly Evade to trigger casts of Thunderspike with its Accelerated upgrade, and use the Eagle Primary Spirit Hall to launch Storm Feathers with each Evade as well. The combination of these skills will serve as the Evade Spiritborn’s primary damage sources for this build, but the other skills on the player’s action bar will also be useful. Ravager can boost the damage done by these attacks by stacking Ferocity and recovering Vigor, while Toxic Skin adds another source of passive damage. Enhanced Armored Hide deals Thorns damage when the player Evades through enemies, and The Seeker makes all enemies Vulnerable while it’s active, as well as adds even more damage when paired with this build’s Unique weapon of choice.
To get the most out of this Evade Spiritborn build, players will want to farm for the Wushe Nak Pa Unique Glaive as soon as possible. With this Unique, casting The Seeker makes all Eagle skills deal 200-300% damage for 15 seconds, significantly increasing the power of Thunderspike. Additionally, players will want the new Path of the Emissary Unique Boots, as they grant free casts of Quill Volley as the Spritiborn moves.
Reducing Evade’s cooldown is the final piece to this build’s puzzle, since players will want to essentially spam the Evade button as much as possible. To accomplish this feat, players should look for gear with Evade Cooldown Reduction Greater Affixes and invest in the Spiritborn’s Acceleration passive to give themselves another Evade charge.
Diablo 4 Players Don’t Have to Worry About Aiming with the Evade Spiritborn Build
Since the majority of this build’s damage comes from auto-casted skills like Thunderspike, Storm Feathers, and Quill Volley, players really only need to focus on Evading enemies for success. The changes to monster behavior in Diablo 4 Season 11 could make things complicated for builds that require more precise aiming and complex skill rotations. However, the Evade Spiritborn doesn’t have to worry about this as much, making it the ideal option for both a leveling and endgame build regardless of the player’s skill level.
