Battery Locations & Locker Code for Huggy Escape Room

Huggy Wuggy is one of the most iconic monsters in the series, and players will be trapped in a room with it in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5. After finding all memories in the Conditioning section, you will shortly have an encounter with Huggy as you make your way to the Sweet Street. The main goal is to charge the door panels with three batteries. So, here’s a quick guide that will help you easily escape the Huggy Wuggy encounter and find the code to the locker in the area.

Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 has several levels and puzzles you’ll need to get through in order to beat it, let’s discuss how long it is.

How to Charge Door Panels & Escape Huggy Wuggy Room in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 (Battery Locations)

To escape the Huggy Wuggy room in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5, players will be required to charge the door panels with three batteries. These batteries are located in locked-off rooms in the area, and you’ll need to get inside them, drag the batteries out, and hope Huggy Wuggy doesn’t spot you. Here’s a summary of how to survive the Huggy escape room.

Access three different locked rooms.
Drag the batteries inside and plug them into the door panels. The Pressure Hand will be useful for pushing batteries far.
To distract Huggy Wuggy, use the Conductive Hand to charge up projectors.

Battery Location #1

To get the first battery to charge the door panel in the Huggy Wuggy room, you’ll need to go across the purple door to the right until you reach the area with the shoe racks and an electric panel. There’s a vent cover on the ground that you can open up and enter inside.

Keep following the vent shaft until you reach the end. Look up, and you’ll spot a handlebar for the GrabPack. Once you’ve zipped up and are hanging from the bar, look down, and you’ll see another vent cover. Interact with it using the second hand of GrabPack, and you’ll be able to go further inside and drop into one of the locked rooms.

You’ll find one of the batteries inside that you can drag all the way to one of the slots to charge up the door panels in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5. After you’ve inserted the batteries, one of the lights on the door panel will turn green.

Make sure to grab one of the Wrongside Outimals collectible dolls sitting on the table in this room.

To get the second battery, you’ll find a handlebar to the left of the room you’ve just gotten a battery from. Use the GrabPack to grapple onto the bar and mantle over the boxes to reach a vent cover. Open up the vent and jump into the room below.

There’s a battery inside that you can similarly drag all the way to one of the slots on the door panel to charge it in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5.

If Huggy Wuggy is patrolling the area, you could try energizing your Conductive Hand with the electrical panels in the area and turn on one of the projectors. This will keep it distracted long enough for you to install the battery in one of the door panels.

Getting the third battery to charge the door panels is a bit tricky in the Huggy Wuggy escape room in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5. Right as you exit the previous room where you found the second battery, go inside the room across the desk, and you’ll find a projector terminal with a box covering it.

Quickly remove the box and charge the Conductive Hand with the Electric panel outside the room, next to the locker. Now, power up the projector, and Huggy Wuggy will come running into the room and start watching the video on the projector. As soon as Huggy is distracted by the projector, make your way to a safe location and wait for it to leave.

Once Huggy leaves the room with the projector, return there, and you’ll find a big hole in the wall made by it. Enter through the hole, and you’ll find the third battery sitting atop a desk. Similar to others, you’ll need to drag this one into one of the last door panels.

Once all three batteries have been placed inside the slots, the door panel will be charged up, and the door leading to Sweet Street will open. Now, you can either leave the area through the door or stick around to find the locker code in the Huggy Wuggy escape room and take the collectible doll with you.

There’s a locker in the Huggy Wuggy escape room that you can find a code for and get one of the Wrongside Outimals dolls in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5. However, the locker isn’t powered on, and you’ll need to recharge three power nodes in the area to use it first. To recharge the nodes, you’ll need to use the Electric panels to charge up your Conductive Hand and touch each node.

Here’s all the locations of the power nodes for the locker in Huggy Wuggy escape room.

The first one is directly left of the large purple door.
The second one can be found on the left wall of the vent that you use to enter the locked room for the first battery.
The last one can be found directly left of the handlebar you use to get on top of the locked room, where you find the second battery.

Once you’ve charged up all power nodes, the locker will turn on, and now you’ll need to find four bits of the code to unlock it. The code will be different for every player, so you can head to the locations mentioned below to find the right Huggy Wuggy escape room locker code for you.

The first digit of the locker code can be found on a piece of paper lying on the ground near the shoe racks, to the right of the room where you find the first battery. It’s directly in front of the last power node.
The second piece of paper with the locker code digit can be found inside the room where you find the first battery. It’s sitting under the metallic table between the sinks.
The third paper with the code can be found inside the room where you find the second battery. It’s sitting below one of the metal trolleys.
The paper with the last digit of the Huggy Wuggy escape room locker code can be found inside the room that you access through a hole in the wall, and acquire the third battery. It’s sitting on the desk under the whiteboard.

Once you’ve found all the digits to the Huggy Wuggy escape room locker code in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5, simply enter it in proper sequence into the keypad. Once the locker is opened, you can grab one of the Wrongside Outimals dolls called “Blanky Blankz.”
