Fortnite Teases New Details For the Upcoming Kill Bill Crossover

By newsgame

During a star-studded event in Los Angeles, California, Fortnite revealed Yuki’s Revenge, which appears to be a short that will bring an unfilmed portion Quentin Tarantino’s original Kill Bill script to life on November 30. Fortnite is currently in the middle of a major collaboration with the hit television show The Simpsons, which has even brought iconic locations from Springfield to the island.

The recent Epic Games event in Los Angeles gave certain celebrities, content creators, and influencers a sneak peek at what players will get to experience when Chapter 7 of Fortnite kicks off on November 30. As one might expect, details about the upcoming chapter have already begun to leak online, as attendees were quick to try and capture footage of the new season on their devices. Director Quentin Tarantino even attended the event himself and was joined by the star of his Kill Bill films, Uma Thurman. With the upcoming theatrical release of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair on December 5, the collaboration makes sense, but it seems as if Epic Games has been keeping a big surprise under wraps.

Fortnite Teases Yuki’s Revenge

In a recent post on Twitter, Epic Games released new artwork for Yuki’s Revenge, which is being labeled as a lost chapter of Kill Bill. As reported by FandomWire, Yuki’s Revenge references a portion of the Kill Bill script that Tarantino wrote in 2003. In the script, Yuki found out about the death of her sister, Gogo Yubari, and sought revenge against Uma Thurman’s character, The Bride. Unfortunately, the storyline was never filmed, as Tarantino cut it from the script to improve the film’s pacing. Now, over 20 years later, it seems as if Epic Games is going to bring that storyline to life in Fortnite. While this may seem like an odd move, Tarantino’s presence has brought an inarguable level of legitimacy to the Kill Bill collaboration.

Gamers even have a chance to claim a free skin in Fortnite as a part of the Kill Bill crossover. According to Epic Games, fans who purchase a ticket to see The Whole Bloody Affair by November 29 will receive a code that can be redeemed for a free skin of Gogo Yubari. Once a player receives their code, they have until December 31 to redeem it for the free cosmetic.

Kill Bill isn’t the only crossover being teased by Epic Games, as the DeLorean time machine from Back to the Future was also featured at the event. Images of the vehicle were posted to the game’s official Instagram account, leading many fans to believe that a collaboration between Fortnite and Back to the Future is just around the corner. As of writing, Epic Games hasn’t shared any specifics about the potential crossover, though rumors coming out of the event suggest Marty McFly could appear in the battle pass for Chapter 7 Season 1. With so much content to enjoy and even more on the way, many fans are feeling hopeful about the future of Fortnite.
