Bring a Squad to a Populated Megafactory
Don’t Abandon the Helldiver Population for Self-Glory
Cyberstan has 8 Megafactories that need to be liberated. There are two active at a time, but players should only focus on the Megafactory Operation that has the most players. When looking at the Cyberstan map, flick through the Megafactories and select the one that has the highest number of players.
For the first Megafactory, Autonomy should be the priority. This is where most of the players are, and since the Resistance percentage indicates how much liberation is lost per hour, players should ensure their overwhelming numbers ensure this Class 1 Megafactory is liberated. Only together will this be accomplished, as going solo or to a less-popular Megafactory means a waste of time, lives, and liberty.
Know the Mission Briefings
Understand How Each Mission Works to Best Prepare
Upon clicking the Megafactory that you wish to deploy, you’ll see the three missions available on the map. Each mission must be completed for the liberation meter on that Megafactory, and it’s important to know what to expect. Those who attack Automaton planets will be familiar with their missions, but the Halt Cyborg production mission is brand new for Cyberstan.
In this mission, you’ll need to Flood Hydrogen Pipelines by interacting with them and turning their wheel into the red zone, and you’ll also need to Destroy Cooling Towers by using a Hellbomb. Finally, you’ll have to Demolish the Cyborg Assembly Unit by circling around the factory, tightening exhaust pipe clamps, and interacting with the terminal to lastly adjust the valves in the Control Chamber so they overload and explode.
Don’t Ignore Sub Objectives
More Sub Objectives Means More Liberation
While it might seem smart to dive into Cyberstan, complete the main objective, and bail to fight another day, it’s actually a mistake that will cost you more time than it’s worth. Liberation is tied to XP, and XP is tied to the number of factories and sub-objects that you complete.
When dropping in, you’ll have at least 4 to 5 sub objectives and at least 4 to 5 outposts that need to be completed and destroyed. Failing to complete these will ensure less XP, which means less liberation. While the mission should always be the priority, these should not be forgotten.
Equip the Best Stratagems & Boosters
Offense and Defense Are Equally Important for a Loadout
Cyberstan is no joke, and as such, your loadout should be completely kitted out with enough tools for defense and offense. This means that you should bring decent Support Weapons and Stratagems that can decimate enemy factories, while ensuring you have a Stratagem to help you escape or protect you from death. Here’s what we recommend:
- Quasar Cannon — A great Anti-Tank Support Weapon for destroying Hulks, Factories, Ships, Tanks, and more in one blast.
- Eagle 500KG Bomb — An extremely powerful bomb for wiping out hordes of enemies that have just emerged from Dropships in a cluster.
- Orbital Laser — An amazing Stratagem that fires a deadly laser to target and destroy high-value targets and even entire sub-objective areas.
- Jump Pack — Great for moving around and for avoiding a deadly fight simply by allowing you to run away.

The FX-12 Shield Generator Relay is great for focusing on objectives while Vox Engines and other deadly enemies are blocked from trying to attack you.
Protect Yourself With Superior Armor
Negate Explosives, Incendiary Rounds, or Sneak to Victory
Armor is an essential aspect of your loadout, and it might just help you to survive another rogue blast or give you the energy you need to avoid wasting reinforcements. With operations and sieges so large, we recommend taking another look at your armor list and using the ones with the best passive possible.
We would recommend the Reduced Signature Passive from the Redacted Regiment Warbond, as you’ll want to avoid as many enemies as you can while quickly running through the objective. Fortified is also great, as being able to fight on and avoid 50% explosive damage is going to help massively, as is Inflammable, for the pesky Incendiary Brigade.

Know Your Enemy
Run From Them, Attack Them, Just Get the Mission Done
Cyborgs and Vox Engines are the new enemies of the Automaton faction, and it’s essential that you know how to beat them. For Cyborgs, they should be the priority against other Automatons, as they buff all units around them to make them deadlier and faster, and will chase you down, so pound them with a few shots from any gun to put them down.
For Vox Engines, you need to go underneath them, shoot the vent on their undercarriage with any gun, then the back vents, and then deploy a grenade into the opened port. The other vents around the Vox Engine’s body are all tricks. However, Vox Engines in their current state are too overpowered, so we recommend trying to avoid them.
Try Super Helldive, If You Dare
The Higher the Difficulty, the More Liberation
Cyberstan is locked for players who are on Medium Difficulty or lower, meaning you need to at least be on Challenging. While changing the difficulty does mean more enemies, we would recommend that more experienced players try out Super Helldive, as the higher the difficulty, the more XP multiplier, and the more XP multiplier, the more liberation.
However, for players not so confident in Super Helldive, there’s no shame in changing the difficulty and lowering it to your playstyle. This is going to be a hard battle, and it’s better to complete the mission at your own pace instead of wasting lives and failing the mission on a difficulty that’s too extreme for you.
Make Every Reinforcement Count
Lives are Limited, and Dropping Fast
High Command has only given the Helldivers 200,000,000 reinforcements to take Cyberstan, and the push to the planet itself took over half of those units away. These reinforcements aren’t just for Automaton planets, as it also tracks lives lost on Terminid and Illuminate planets. As such, every Helldiver should be on Cyberstan to avoid wasting reinforcements on other planets that won’t help the war.
As of the first day on Cyberstan, there are only 99,000,000 reinforcements left, and that’s not a lot considering Cyberstan is arguably harder than other Automaton planets (yes, even Malevelon Creek). All reinforcements matter for this operation, so don’t kill fellow Helldivers, don’t make sacrifices to take out enemies unnecessarily, and play smarter and harder. After all, Super Earth is counting on you.
