Save on 4K Steelbook Blu-Ray Movies Like Lord of the Rings, Studio Ghibli Classics and Much More at Amazon

Amazon is offering a whole host of Steelbooks across Blu-Ray and 4K Blu-Ray at a discount, including legendary titles like The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Studio Ghibli movies Howl’s Moving Castle and The Secret World of Arrietty.

The movies are seeing discounts in their limited edition variants, and we’ve rounded up the finest around below.

The best Steelbooks on sale at Amazon right now

Kicking off with Peter Jackson’s Tolkien trilogy, you can find all three entries in the Lord of the Rings saga discounted (although there are no such discounts for The Hobbit’s own trilogy as far as we can tell at the time of writing).

You’ll need to buy each piecemeal, though, and there is a wild discrepancy in pricing and presentation. For example, Return of the King will set you back just $13.99 for the non-4K steelbook, but the 4K versions of Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers are $27.96 and have much more impressive designs.

Elsewhere, a bunch of iconic Studio Ghibli titles are discounted, with Howl’s Moving Castle, The Secret World of Arrietty, Kiki’s Delivery Service, My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away all down to just $18.89 with gorgeous steelbook designs.

Fans of war cinema are well catered for, too. Black Hawk Down’s 4K steelbook is just $25.19, reduced from $45.99, Full Metal Jacket is down to $29.99, and American Sniper is $24.57.

Rounding out the lineup, you’ll find Army of Darkness, Stand By Me, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Serenity’s steelbook editions reduced.
